Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Angel Track (“Angel Track”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our analytics dashboard and website (the “Service”). Angel Track is a read-only analytics tool: we help you understand your own TikTok traffic and never post, edit, or delete anything on your behalf.

1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you join our waitlist or create an account, we collect your email address and any details you choose to give us (such as your name). If you contact support, we keep the content of those messages.
TikTok account information (with your authorization)
When you connect your TikTok account, we access certain information through the official TikTok API, strictly within the scopes you approve during authorization. Depending on those scopes, this may include:
- basic profile information (such as your display name, avatar, and account identifiers);
- a list of your videos and their metadata (titles, timestamps);
- aggregate performance metrics for your own content (such as views, likes, comments counts, and engagement);
- link-click and referral metrics for links you choose to track.
We request only the minimum permissions needed to provide the analytics features you use.
Information collected automatically
Like most web services, we collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage events, in order to operate, secure, and improve the Service. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences.
2. TikTok data and platform compliance
We use information obtained through the TikTok API only to provide analytics back to you, the account owner. We do not use it to post content, modify your account, contact other users, or build profiles of people other than for your own aggregate analytics.
Our access to and use of TikTok data complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and applicable platform policies. We do not sell TikTok data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers strictly necessary to run the Service (see Section 4). If TikTok’s requirements and this policy ever conflict regarding TikTok data, TikTok’s requirements govern.
3. How we use information
- to display your analytics dashboards, reports, and exports;
- to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
- to communicate with you about your account, invites, and updates you asked for;
- to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues;
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising targeting.
4. How we share information
We share information only in these limited cases:
- Service providers — trusted vendors that host our infrastructure, store data, or send transactional email, acting on our instructions under confidentiality obligations;
- Legal reasons — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy;
- Aggregated or de-identified data — which can no longer reasonably identify you.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We retain data longer only where required for legal, accounting, or security purposes. When you disconnect your TikTok account or delete your Angel Track account, we delete or de-identify the associated TikTok data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. These rights may arise under laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any of them, contact us at the address below; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. Revoking TikTok access
You can disconnect your TikTok account from Angel Track at any time from your dashboard settings, and you can also revoke our access directly in your TikTok account’s app-management settings. Once access is revoked, we stop accessing new TikTok data and delete or de-identify previously retrieved TikTok data as described in Section 5.
8. Data security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and the principle of least privilege for API tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to promptly address any issues.
9. International data transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you live. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection laws.
10. Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
12. Contact us
