1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

Angel Track provides read-only analytics about your own TikTok traffic — including views, link clicks, conversions, audience insights, and video performance — by accessing data through the official TikTok API with your authorization. The Service does not publish, edit, schedule, delete, or otherwise modify content on your TikTok account, and it does not automate actions on the platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the TikTok account you connect is yours or one you are authorized to manage.

4. Your account and connecting TikTok

To use the analytics features, you connect your TikTok account through TikTok’s official authorization flow (OAuth) and grant the permissions shown to you at that time. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may disconnect your TikTok account or revoke our access at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours or that you are not authorized to access;
• scrape, circumvent, or interfere with TikTok’s systems, our systems, or any rate limits or security measures;
• reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted by law;
• use the Service to send spam, artificially inflate metrics, or otherwise violate TikTok’s policies.

6. Relationship with TikTok

Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with them, and our access to TikTok data is limited to what you authorize and to what TikTok’s Developer Terms permit. We may modify or suspend features if required to remain compliant with TikTok’s platform requirements.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Angel Track and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Your data and content remain yours; you grant us only the permissions needed to operate and provide the Service to you.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Analytics are provided for informational purposes and may depend on data made available by third parties such as TikTok; we do not guarantee that figures are complete, error-free, or continuously available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angel Track and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required to comply with TikTok’s requirements or the law, or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the location of Angel Track’s operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that location, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
